All of the content in the app is updated monthly, including the sleepscapes and other soundscapes in the sound library.
Custom track requests are also available at no cost in most cases (allow 2 weeks turn-around time for our sound team to apply our binaural beats process to the soundtrack).

The 2025 model is designed for deep sleep with binaural beats (0.5-3 Hz) optimized for the first 6 hours of your sleep cycle, helping you wake up alert and refreshed. To keep the earbuds small and comfortable for sleep, we use a compact battery sized for this purpose.

We intentionally designed our earbuds without ANC to make them small, lightweight, and comfortable for sleep, especially for side sleepers. Instead of blocking out all noise, our soundscapes and binaural beats naturally draw your focus inward, helping you relax and fall asleep effortlessly.
Our research shows that calming soundscapes and binaural beats are more effective for promoting relaxation and deep sleep than blocking all external sounds. Plus, leaving out ANC allows us to prioritize comfort (without the ANC bulk) and extended wearability.
