30-Day Return Policy

At Luumun, we stand behind the quality and effectiveness of our Sleep Earbuds. If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date.

Return Eligibility

Must be initiated within 30 days of delivery.

Products must be returned in original packaging with all accessories included.

Proof of purchase (e.g., order number) is required.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email support@luumun.com to initiate return
  2. Follow the steps provided to receive credit for returns
  3. Ship the product back to using the instructions provided

*Upon inspection, eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If you paid shipping on your original order, Luumun will provide free shipping for returns
  • If shipping on original order was paid by Luumun, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • International Orders: Customers outside the U.S. are responsible for all return shipping costs, duties, and taxes. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Incomplete Returns (Missing/Damaged Items)

To receive a full refund, the order must be returned in it's original packaging and with all of the original parts and accessories.

A restocking fee of 20-30% may be imposed for incomplete returns, please contact support@luumun.com prior to shipping back a return if you know your return is incomplete and would like to discuss exact refund amount.

Important Notes

  • Only purchases made directly from luumun.com and luumunsleep.com are eligible for returns or warranty claims.
  • Products purchased through unauthorized resellers are not covered under this policy.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns or warranty claims that do not meet the criteria above.

 


5-Year Warranty

All Luumun Sleep Earbuds come with a 5-year limited warranty covering defects in materials and workmanship under normal use.

Exclusions include:

  • Damage from misuse or unauthorized modifications
  • Loss or theft

To submit a warranty claim, contact us at support@luumun.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

 


Order Cancellation Policy

Due to the high volume of orders and our rapid fulfillment process, we are unable to accommodate cancellations after an order has been placed. If you believe you ordered in error, we do offer a 30-day return window. Please wait until your order arrives, then contact our support team for return instructions.
